Paul Rampersaud is the President and CEO of NextGen Scholars for Change (NGSC), an organization he started to provide the support and resources he wished he had as a first-generation college student. His dedication lies in guiding students through their educational journey and empowering them to become leaders within their communities.

Paul's inspiration stems from his own background as the child of immigrant parents from Mexico and Guyana, who arrived in the United States with nothing but a dream. He understands the barriers many faces in achieving the American dream and is committed to making NGSC a resource for the next generation of leaders.

Paul recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Paul holds a triple major in Political Science, Spanish, and Communications. He is excited and grateful to lead such an incredible organization and help inspire students to become public servants and leaders within their community.
